Ian Dyck
Senior Vice President, Water Business Line Leader
Ian Dyck is the Senior Vice President, Water Business Line Leader at AECOM, the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle — from advisory, planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
In this role, Mr. Dyck is responsible for the growth and business oversight of AECOM’s Canadian water division. He develops and leads the growth strategy while maintaining a high level of profitability.
At the outset of his career, Mr. Dyck focused on engineering design, later moving into business and strategy leadership roles. Mr. Dyck joined AECOM in 2019.
He is proud to advance drinking water projects to improve community health, wastewater projects to progress environmental performance, and power projects to increase resilience for communities. Mr. Dyck recognizes the importance of a collaborative and inclusive environment and is a strong ally of AECOM’s Women’s Leadership Alliance. He is also dedicated to developing mutually beneficial business relationships with Indigenous owned companies and encouraging Indigenous youth to pursue STEM careers.
