In this role, Ms. Stephens provides strategic insight and operational leadership for business activities in Canada. Ms. Stephens has a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, enhancing client satisfaction, and managing organizational change. She is passionate about advancing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. She has led and contributed to multiple projects and initiatives that have improved the quality, efficiency and sustainability of AECOM’s services and operations. She is also committed to developing and empowering her high-performing team and supporting their professional growth and career development. 

Previously, Ms. Stephens spent five years in various roles of increasing authority and span of control supporting AECOM’s Environment Business Line, most recently serving as SVP, Director of Operations for U.S. West Environment. Prior roles included Vice President of DCS Americas Resource Management, Vice President of Delivery Excellence, and Director of Finance. 

Prior to joining AECOM in 2007, Ms. Stephens worked at General Electric in several business units including GE Energy, GE Water & Process Technologies, and GE Capital.
