Scott O'Neill
Scott O’Neill is an engineering geologist, mountain bike racer and multisport enthusiast. He is a former Chairman of the Midland Geotechnical Society and sits on the Engineering Group of the Geological Society. He specializes in the remediation of land blighted by historical industrial activities, specifically mining. He was an author and steering group member for CIRIA publication 758 'Abandoned Mineworkings Manual', and has been consulted directly by Network Rail and HS2 for his remedial mining expertise.
