AECOM Tishman provided construction management services for this 21-story, 165,500 SF residential high-rise at 55 LaGrange Street near Downtown Crossing.

The cast-in-place concrete tower features 167 luxury residential units and a façade that is a mix of glass and metal panels, with segmented glass at its corners creating a sculptural, jewel-like effect. The Parker, which is targeting LEED Silver, offers abundant tenant amenities and high-end community spaces, including a lounge, billiards room, private screening room, and all-season roof deck.

A 376,920 SF, 34-story residential building with 356 rental units including 32 studios, 224 one-bedroom units and 100 two-bedroom units. Amenities include a business center, private dining with a catering kitchen, a game room, lounge, and an outdoor pool deck, featuring a lap pool with a six-inch-deep sun shelf and a separate glass-bottom pool that overhangs the 27th floor amenity terrace on the west side of the building.

AECOM Tishman served as CM for this 82-story, 706,000 SF tower, which combines a 189-room five-star Four Seasons hotel with 157 high-end condominium apartments.

Robert A.M. Stern designed, WSP Cantor Seinuk engineered and Silverstein Properties developed this sleek structure, made of reinforced concrete with a limestone façade. Sharing a block with the Woolworth Building, 30 Park Place is, at 926 feet, currently the tallest newly constructed residential building in Lower Manhattan and designed to LEED Silver standards.

AECOM Tishman served as CM for this 45-story, 356,490 SF luxury high-rise at 20 West 53rd Street. Consisting of a 120-room, five-star hotel on the building’s first 12 floors, 60 luxury condominiums on the upper 32 tower floors, and a 27,500 SF white box on the ground floor and two below-grade levels (housing the New York Public Library’s Donnell branch), the project attained LEED Silver.

AECOM Tishman managed the construction of The Sudbury, the LEED Silver residential tower at HYM Investment Group’s Bulfinch Crossing, the 4.8-acre mixed-use development in Downtown Boston.

The 547,900 SF post-tensioned reinforced concrete structure, clad in curtainwall, contains 368 apartments and 55 condominiums, with amenities including a pool and rooftop garden. At 480 feet and 45 stories, it is one of the tallest condo/rental buildings in Boston.

AECOM Hunt served as CM for this 620,798 SF, 29-story, 328-unit apartment tower with a seven-story, 503-space parking garage.

The tower also features an amenity deck including hardscape finishes, a premium pool with tanning ledges and spa, dual outdoor kitchens, fire pit, pergola, landscaping and multiple seating areas.

AECOM Hunt served as CM for this 406,000 SF, 33-story, cast-in-place residential tower with 248 units, first-floor lobby space, event space with bar, bike room, outdoor dog park and dog wash station.

Amenities also include a rooftop pool, lounge, full-service kitchen for guests and a 24/7 valet parking garage. It is one of the first “home-sharing” developments in the United States.

AECOM Tishman served as Construction Manager with a GMP for the construction of the Alcott, a 530,484 SF, 44-story LEED Gold high-rise featuring 469 apartments.

Developed by Equity Residential, the cast-in-place concrete tower includes retail space, extensive amenities and a five-level below-grade 375,000 SF garage that accommodates more than 775 cars, while the 3.02-acre project creates green space and new pedestrian walkways connecting Thoreau Path to Lomasney Way. Prior to the start of construction, our team demolished the existing 46-year-old, five-story concrete garage that occupied half the site.

AECOM Tishman provided construction services for Related’s mixed-use mega-project, designed by Frank Gehry.

Located directly across from Gehry’s Walt Disney Concert Hall and covering a full city block, the project encompasses two towers – the 28-story, 305-key luxury hotel Conrad Los Angeles and the 45-story, 436-unit apartment building, The Grand by Gehry – as well as 744 parking spaces and 162,000 SF of retail space, for a total of 1,563,000 SF. At The Grand by Gehry, 20 percent of the apartments will be available to low-income residents.

AECOM Tishman served as Construction Manager for ICONIQ 777, the new 515,000-SF mixed-use tower located at 777 McCarter Highway, steps from Newark Penn Station and the Gateway Center. The largest multifamily building ever constructed in Newark, as well as the largest 80/20 mixed-income project in the state, the 33-story development features 370 units, 74 of them affordable.
