AECOM Hunt, in a joint venture, served as a consultant for the Pulaski Technical College Fine and Performing Arts Center, a 105,000-square-foot facility with a 500-seat proscenium theater, 30 classrooms and 30 offices.
The Division of Humanities and Fine Arts is the college’s largest academic division. With nearly 90,000 square feet, the new center consolidates the division’s offerings and incorporates facilities that the college has never had – including a 500-seat performing arts theatre, a Black Box Theatre, and a 1,250-square foot art gallery.
The facility also includes a collaboration center, three art studios, writing and foreign languages labs, computer labs, a state-of-the-art film environment movie screen, green room, dance studios, music rooms, two world-class pianos, a woodworking shop for prop building, a costume/set room, and a sculpture park.
