AECOM’s environmental professionals participate at the annual Railroad Environmental Conference (RREC) Conference in Champaign-Urbana, IL November 11-12, 2025, and the inaugural Sustainability and Resiliency Day November 13, 2025.
AECOM is a long-standing sponsor of and participant at the RREC, in support of the North American Railroad Industry. AECOM scientists and engineers will lead technical sessions and present on environmental compliance, assessment, remediation, storm water, wastewater, and sustainability topics affecting the rail industry.
RREC, which is hosted by the University of Illinois Rail Transportation and Engineering Center (RailTEC) is celebrating its 27th year. RREC provides a forum to share new environmental techniques/technologies among over 500 railroaders, engineers, scientists, regulators, industry attorneys and academics.
