AECOM Tishman, in a joint venture, is serving as CM for the Private Public Partnership (PPP) construction of this state-of-the-art 23-gate facility that will reimagine the international passenger experience at John F. Kennedy International Airport and span the sites of the former Terminal One, Terminal 2 and the Terminal 3.
Yielding a net increase of more than two million SF over the existing terminals, it will provide 22 new gates to accommodate larger, wide-body aircraft, as well as feature more than 230,000 SF of concession space and 116,000 SF of airline lounges.
