AECOM appoints Kristina Holcomb as Dallas Metro+ Executive

DALLAS (August 7, 2024) — AECOM, the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm, today announced Kristina Holcomb has been promoted to Dallas Metro+ Executive. Over the past three years, Ms. Holcomb has served as AECOM’s Texas Growth and Strategy Transit-Rail Lead, where she has led strategic pursuits and built teams to meet the needs of the local market. In her new role, she will lead business growth and client engagement in the Dallas-Fort Worth region and facilitate collaboration across all AECOM business lines, while continuing to lead the North Texas Transit-Rail team.

Ms. Holcomb has 24 years of public sector leadership experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Throughout her career she has been devoted to partnering with local communities and stakeholders to shape transformative infrastructure outcomes. Prior to joining AECOM in 2021, she led the Denton County Transportation Authority as its Deputy Chief Executive Officer, where she was responsible for the oversight of multiple departments including state and federal legislative affairs, capital planning and operations.

Ms. Holcomb’s role is effective immediately.
