We served as Construction Manager for Park + Garden (1450 Park Avenue, formerly 1415 Park Avenue), a LEED Gold, 412,350 SF, mixed-use development that features two nine-story residential towers with a shared three-story podium that houses a space-saving parking garage topped with a recreation deck.

Located in a former industrial district of Hoboken, the luxury development includes 212 residential units across 219,400 SF, 52,667 SF of retail, and a 30,000-SF charter school. The 378-space parking garage accommodates six levels of parking across 76,750 SF and features an innovative robotic parking system that significantly reduces the footprint of a conventional parking garage.
