Eligibility
Intern Program
Students currently enrolled in a university program are welcome to apply. We are looking for students with a strong GPA, relevant classroom experience in their field, and a desire to deliver a better world.
Graduate Program
You are welcome to apply to our graduate program providing you are in the final year of your degree or you have completed your university studies within the previous two-year period. You will need to provide evidence of completion before the start of the program.
Application Process
Your application will be assessed through a staged approach including an initial application review, online strengths-based assessment, one way video interview, and assessment center/ virtual or face-to-face interview.
Through the application form, video interview and face to face interview you will have an opportunity to show us why you want to work for AECOM, what you are passionate about and any experience and extra-curricular activities you have been involved in.
