Mike Kostiw

As AECOM’s chief ethics and compliance officer, Mike Kostiw is responsible for promoting an ethical culture through training and communication and ensuring compliance by maintaining anti-corruption systems, managing the export control/trade sanctions program, and leading internal investigations. Mike previously served as a federal contracts attorney and Department of Defense project manager for an AECOM predecessor company, as well as an infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps for nine years. Based in Arlington, Virginia, he earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School and a B.S. from the United States Naval Academy.
