Our internship program offers unique opportunities to solve challenges in a fast-paced and professional environment. The program is aimed at those finishing their University education and trying to find that perfect fit, or for those who are still studying and want a taste of the real world.

The AECOM HBCU Summer Design Fellowship is an opportunity for students and recent
graduates to gain much needed experience in the setting of an architectural practice.

This is a highly competitive leadership, professional development and skill building
opportunity open to current students and recent graduates of HBCUs interested in
pursuing a career in architecture, urban planning and interior design.

Our application process

We continuously are looking for talent for our intern and graduate roles, year round.
While many of our roles open in the fall, our careers site will reflect active
openings throughout the year. Candidates who participate in the interview process can
expect to have an in person or video interview with our technical hiring teams.
