AECOM Hunt served as CM for this 115,000 SF, four-story building including administrative offices, courtrooms, a grand lobby and atrium, conference center, city data center, police facilities and detention areas and Cedar Hill Independent School District administrative offices.

AECOM Hunt served as CM for the expansion and renovation of the existing detention center.

Work consisted of approximately 333,000 SF of new buildings, upgrading of security systems and installation of new facility-wide networked security management system with GUI-based touch screens. The new addition includes two four-level housing-pod buildings, 852 additional inmate beds, new video visitation building, courtrooms, court holding, pre-booking, medical clinic and infirmary, laundry, plating kitchen, warehouse and commissary.

AECOM Hunt served as CM for this 560,000 SF, 21-building, compact campus-style correctional facility on a 60-acre campus.

The center contains four medium security housing units with a total of 924 beds, four hybrid housing units containing 1,024 beds, a 100-bed segregation unit, recreation building, food services and medical health building, inmate programs building, correctional industries building, warehouse and an outside administration building.

AECOM Tishman served as CM for the renovation and restoration of the five-story, 180,000 SF Essex County Courthouse, a national landmark built in 1904.

We provided estimating, value engineering, logistics and bid document preparation, and managed multiple prime contractors that served as independent consultants to Essex County. Many of the building’s outmoded systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing distribution were upgraded.

AECOM Hunt served as CM for multiple buildings totaling 285,000 SF, including the Sheriff’s Property and Evidence Facility, Human Services Campus and the Public Health Clinic.

This project included construction of a 220 Bed, 134,000 square foot, Juvenile Detention addition and a new 3 level, 129,000 square foot Juvenile Courthouse and a 965-car parking garage.

The project was a Design-Build delivery in which AECOM Hunt was responsible for completing the design from the design criteria bridging documents provided by the Owner’s Design Criteria Developer.

The project consists of a 750,000 SF state-of-the-art Adult Detention Center capable of housing 3,000 inmates that encompass five primary levels. The project also includes an adjacent 80,000 SF Sheriff Administration Building for the Marion County Sheriff’s Office staff and administration personnel.

AECOM Hunt served as CM for this 70,000 SF, two-story correctional facility, consisting of a two-building addition to the existing facility.

This annex project was the first design-build correctional facility in the State of Indiana, encompassing a new 512-bed maximum security housing unit and secure perimeter fencing.
