AECOM employees are celebrating International Women’s Day (IWD) on March 8 by joining people around the world in a #PledgeForParity to help close the gender gap and accelerate gender parity in the global workplace.
Activities and events will be held throughout the month of March, including recognizing women who inspire us through stories on social media using #SheInspires and an IWD-related AECOM Impact Blog series.
At AECOM, our commitment to advancing gender parity and celebrating women goes beyond IWD. We embrace the diversity of every employee through an inclusive and accountable culture that is embedded in our values and is a critical component of our success.
