AECOM Hunt served as construction manager for the 1.4 million-square foot Bonnet Creek Resort, located just outside of Walt Disney World. Located on 23 acres, the resort features two towers containing a 17-story Hilton with 1,000 rooms and a 14-story Waldorf-Astoria with 500 rooms, as well as a 265,000-square foot, two-story conference center.
Working closely with developers KUD International from the project’s schematic design phase through its opening, our project team collaborated throughout with each of the project’s principals and design team members. This cooperative approach allowed the project to maintain budget and schedule despite some significant modifications to project objectives.
