LA Metro+ Executive Lead
Jill has 25 years of experience at the intersection of business strategy, planning and design, encompassing innovation and transformation across the government, cities, utility, and education sectors. Jill is responsible for the market’s day-to-day operations and long-term growth. She focuses on client engagement and empowering multidisciplinary teams to address our clients’ complex challenges
Kimberly Yu
Transportation Business Development Lead
Kimberly has 20+ years of public and private sector experience in transportation. Kimberly’s career includes the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Metrolink and Deputy COO at LA Metro. She is a safety-centric executive adept at establishing strong operational teams enabling unsurpassed value, low-cost footprint, advantageous sourcing partnerships and sound strategic partnerships across multiple agencies.
Donna Clandening
Managing Principal – Buildings + Places
Donna is responsible for driving strategy, growth, design and technical excellence in multi-disciplinary, architectural, engineering, planning, and design services. Donna is a leader in the Los Angeles A/E/C industry, and her community leadership is exemplified through her work with professional and community organizations, including the Asian American Architects/Engineers Association, the ACE Mentor Program, and chairing the Dean’s Leadership Council at her alma mater, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Dana Al Qadi
Operations Director, Energy
Dana leads strategy and growth efforts for our energy business with a strong focus on transportation decarbonization. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) where her research focused on drinking water quality for global communities and holds a doctorate in engineering management from the George Washington University where her dissertation focused on urban water system resilience.
Ken Billups
Equity, Diversion & Inclusion Lead
Ken’s experience spans nearly two decades, beginning as a community leader and organizer, then leading business development for an award-winning small/local business as a supplier in the construction industry. He currently serves as the Vice President for economic inclusion and social impact where he focuses on leading the strategy and engagement around key inclusion and social equity pillars. He also serves as the executive director of The Billups Foundation.
Pooja Sannamani
Sustainability Consultant
Pooja is an Associate Sustainability consultant. She has worked in both the UK and the US and is currently the Sustainability Lead within the High-Performance Buildings team, based in Orange, CA, where she collaborates with clients to develop strategies that align with their goals, while simultaneously striving towards a sustainable future.
Andrew Bui
Global Transportation Innovation Director
Andrew Bui, a California registered Civil Engineer and AECOM Senior Vice President, is AECOM’s Global Bus and Zero Emissions Lead, focused on supporting cities, transit agencies, fleet owners, and infrastructure owners and operators transition to zero emissions vehicles. Andrew works with clients across the globe on developing strategies focused on efficiently deploying and scaling zero emission technologies for fleet and infrastructure owners.
Bill Hanway
Global Sports and Social Infrastructure Lead
Bill is an Executive Vice President and the Global Sports and Social Infrastructure Leader at AECOM. His work focuses on large-scale regeneration projects, major sports events masterplanning and sports venue design. Bill works closely with politicians, civic leaders and key stakeholders to leverage the capital investment required to host major sports events and new venues to help regenerate areas of cities that are socio-economically challenged. He currently leads the AECOM team for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games Plan.

Senior Vice President, Transportation
A licensed Civil and Geotechnical Engineer in California, Andrew leads transportation operations and growth across California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. Andrew serves on the boards of the California Transportation Foundation, ACEC Los Angeles Chapter, and Chair of the ITS Americas Emerging Technologies committee.
Alexis Plair
Business Transformation Manager
As a Manager within Strategy+, the Design Consulting arm of AECOM, Alexis works with clients on design challenges related to infrastructure, cities, places, and digital transformation. Her focus is on the intersection of social and climate impact. With expertise in product and strategy, she aims to help empower communities with the resources, experiences, spaces, and places they need to thrive.

Global One Water Director
Vijay Sundaram is a Vice President and Global One Water Director with AECOM. Dr. Sundaram is a recognized global leader in water reuse with 20 years of experience advancing potable reuse solutions in the US and worldwide. He is a passionate advocate and technical expert addressing social equity in water management and identifying synergies to minimize spending within the water sector.
Bryan Paine
Senior Civil Engineering Manager, Water
Bryan is a Senior Project Manager with 23 years of civil and environmental engineering experience specializing in water/wastewater infrastructure, water resources, stormwater, wastewater treatment, and site design. His experience includes: pump stations, groundwater extraction and injection wells, pipelines, steel/concrete reservoirs, dams, levees, hydrologic/hydraulic studies, stormwater, site improvements, and permitting.
Mike Smith
Principal Engineer, Water
Mike has served as a Geotechnical Technical Reviewer on numerous projects and is sensitive to the needs of AECOM’s clients. He is a performance-oriented leader and is industry-recognized for his management of many multidisciplinary water resources, geotechnical, civil, transportation, and engineering projects. Mike’s 35-year professional career involves extensive involvement in the design and construction of 20+ dams and reservoirs.

Civil Engineer, Water
Alex Franchi is a Senior Project Manager and Technical Leader. He has over 30 years of experience in the planning, design, and management of water/wastewater treatment facilities in the United States and internationally. His technical experience encompasses conventional and advanced processes in wastewater, water reuse, potable treatment, and pump stations.
