DALLAS (September 30, 2024) — AECOM, the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm, today announced key leadership appointments across its Water, Program Management and Transportation business lines in the United States. These new appointments reflect the Company’s growth and commitment to better serve clients’ needs, respond swiftly to market opportunities, and support anticipated business growth.

U.S. Water business line
AECOM’s Water business has expanded at a strong pace driven by a surge in federal contracts and opportunities related to green energy, climate change resiliency and public health contaminants. To better meet client needs, respond to market opportunities and support future growth, AECOM has strengthened leadership across its U.S. East & Latin America and U.S. West regions with the addition of four new Regional Business Line Leaders (RBLLs).
- Bill Bent will lead North Water. With over 40 years of experience, including 36 years at AECOM, he currently serves as the Senior Vice President, RBLL for U.S. East & LATAM Water. He has held several leadership roles in the Northeast/New England District, including District Manager for New England water/wastewater operations and Northeast RBLL.
- Jihane Fazio will lead South Water. She has been with AECOM for 24 years and currently serves as Vice President, NJ Business Leader. She previously held the Northeast Region Delivery Excellence Leader role.
- Molly Page will lead Central Water where she will be responsible for delivery and growth of AECOM’s Water business line in the central U.S. Her experience spans over 25 years with AECOM, where she most recently served as the Division Manager for the Midwest and Gulf Coast Water, Wastewater and Conveyance team.
- Marc Damikolas will lead Pacific Water which encompasses the western U.S. States. A civil engineer by profession, Mr. Damikolas brings extensive expertise in managing complex projects, primarily in water, but also in transportation, land development, and general civil engineering.
U.S. Program Management business line
Driven by recent success in developing capabilities and winning and growing complex, major program opportunities, AECOM will integrate its U.S. Program & Project Management (PPM) business line with its Global Program Management (PgM) business line. The unified PgM business line will focus on and have accountability for all program management activities and introduce a new new structure and leadership for U.S. East and Latin America and U.S. West program management.
- Randy Richardson has been appointed U.S. East & LATAM PgM Regional Business Line Leader (RBLL). He joined AECOM two years ago as AECOM’s U.S. East PgM leader, bringing over 40 years of proven experience delivering major programs globally.
- Tyler Sheldon has been appointed U.S. West PgM RBLL. Prior to joining AECOM in 2022 as Vice President West Coast Transit-Rail, he served as Vice President for Jacobs Program Management/Construction Management services in the West, responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, resource management, and business development.
U.S. Transportation business line
To support AECOM’s Transportation business expansion in the Dallas area its leadership team has appointed Nandita Kaundinya as Gulf Coast Transportation regional business line lead overseeing business growth and client engagement in the region. Over the past four years, she has held numerous leadership roles at AECOM, most recently serving as the West Coast Surface Transportation Division Manager.
