AECOM appoints Jenny Beilby as Head of Building Surveying for UK & Ireland

Ms. Beilby brings over 25 years’ experience delivering complex public sector capital programmes

LONDON (14 September, 2026) — AECOM, the trusted global infrastructure leader, today announced it has appointed Jenny Beilby as Head of Building Surveying, UK&I.  Ms. Beilby will be responsible for leading and growing AECOM’s building surveying team in the region, helping clients across a range of sectors maximise the value of existing assets and reduce capital expenditure

Ms. Beilby brings over 25 years’ experience delivering complex public sector capital programmes across justice, health, education, energy and leisure sectors. She joins AECOM from AtkinsRéalis where she was a director, leading a multi-disciplinary team of project managers, cost consultants, building surveyors and health & safety advisors on multi-million-pound projects through all RIBA stages.
