AECOM appoints strategic growth leaders in California

Los Angeles (February 14, 2023) — AECOM, the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm, announced today that it has appointed Danette Riddle, Hon. AIA/LA, and Veronica Siranosian, AICP, to its Strategic Growth team in the U.S. West Region for southern and northern California. With decades of industry experience between them, Ms. Riddle and Ms. Siranosian share a passion for the urban experience and a dedication to building community through sustainable and equitable planning, design and infrastructure. As LA Metro Executive and Bay Area Metro Executive respectively, Ms. Riddle and Ms. Siranosian will partner with the firm’s U.S. West regional leadership to drive major pursuits, brand awareness and geopolitical engagement.

Ms. Riddle will transition from her role as the Buildings + Places Growth Lead to LA Metro Executive. Ms. Riddle has 37 years of strategy, marketing and communications expertise in the architecture, engineering and construction industry, with 25 of those years at AECOM and its legacy companies. Her extensive and varied expertise spans architecture, interiors, building engineering, urban planning, master planning, landscape architecture, economics and workplace strategy—positioning her to drive strategic pursuits in Greater Los Angeles.

Ms. Siranosian will bring her recent experience as Digital Director leading innovation and digital transformation in infrastructure to the role of Bay Area Executive. Acutely aware of how place shapes quality of life, she has dedicated her 15-year career to advancing building and infrastructure projects that connect people to opportunities and advance equity. She has worked with public, private, and nonprofit sector clients worldwide to deliver innovative infrastructure projects, with a focus on urban and transportation planning. Ms. Siranosian will also serve as Director of Growth for the Transportation business across all market sectors including transit, aviation, ports and marine, highways and construction management for the U.S. West Coast.
