AECOM appoints two new leaders to its global Program Management business

Christopher Reynolds will serve as Senior Vice President, Global Program Management Practice & Capabilities, and Shelly Sipes will serve as Vice President, Global Program Digital Leader

LOS ANGELES (April 22, 2021) – AECOM, the world’s premier infrastructure consulting firm, announced today that  the appointment of two new leaders to our Global Program Management business – Christopher Reynolds as Senior Vice President, Global Program Management Practice & Capabilities, and Shelly Sipes as Vice President, Global Program Digital Leader.

Mr. Reynolds brings extensive experience in program leadership, project management and organizational design on major projects across the United Kingdom and around the world. He has played an integral part in the planning and management of programs like the New Generation railway in Stockholm, Sweden; the restoration and renewal of the Palace of Westminster in London; and the High Speed 2 railway project in the UK. In this new role, he will lead our team of experts in defining and maintaining high-quality standards of excellence in program management through processes and procedures, training, and digital solutions, as well as other key functions.

Mrs. Sipes brings decades of digital experience to her new role in developing innovative solutions around program management. She has contributed her expertise to notable projects with the Salt Lake City Department of Public Utilities, the New Parkland Hospital Campus in Dallas, Texas, and classified programs with the U.S Air Force. In this role, Mrs. Sipes will collaborate across the Program Management team to design, develop, and implement innovative business intelligence tools and systems for major programs, while identifying and creating effective digital solutions.

Mr. Reynolds and Mrs. Sipes began working with AECOM on April 19th.
