URS, an AECOM company, has formed an alliance with Pixel Velocity Incorporated (PVI) to deliver state-of-the-art capabilities for strategic oil and gas infrastructure protection and security.

The URS-PVI team offers a fully integrated enterprise level security and asset protection solution to contain and defeat the most sophisticated physical, cyberspace, and electromagnetic spectrum (EMS)-based threats. This solution is based upon URS’ proven Enterprise Risk Analysis Program (eRAP) framework, applying decades of military-grade multidisciplinary security expertise to assess and protect fixed, mobile, and remote critical infrastructure nodes, from industrial control systems/supervisory control and data acquisition (ICS/SCADA) control centers to their farthest reaches downstream. 

Pixel Velocity’s information intelligence solution (IIS) introduces advanced video sensing and analytics to provide critical risk-mitigation and cost avoidance through dynamic attribution, prediction, and prevention of infrastructure threat events. IIS includes an industry leading combination of geo-spatial intrusion detection, full motion video, and 3D model based video analytics.  Pixel Velocity’s technology within the eRAP framework will associate process control data with visual imagery, aggregating this meta-data across all end user systems and sensors to provide “eyes-on” for both security and operational incidents.
