Robert A.M. Stern designed, WSP Cantor Seinuk engineered and Silverstein Properties developed this sleek structure, made of reinforced concrete with a limestone façade. Sharing a block with the Woolworth Building, 30 Park Place is, at 926 feet, currently the tallest newly constructed residential building in Lower Manhattan and designed to LEED Silver standards.
