AECOM Tishman served as CM for the campus redevelopment of the Friends Seminary, the oldest continuously operating coeducational school in New York City.
The program included the new construction of 77,500 SF and 32,500 SF of renovation. The scope of work included combining into one building three 19th century masonry townhouses – recognized as historic landmarks by the Landmarks Preservation Commission – as well as the addition of two floors of academic space and a new play roof on Hunter Hall.
