  • No payments required: AECOM will never ask for money or fees at any stage of the recruitment process, including applications, interviews, or job offers.
  • Official offers only: Employment offers are extended exclusively through secure AECOM platforms, not via email attachments or unsolicited messages.
  • No advance compensation: AECOM will never provide or request payment before employment begins or hours are worked.
