A Colas/AECOM joint venture has been successful in securing a place on all tendered lots of the Manchester City Council Highways and Infrastructure Construction Works Framework. The four-year contract, valued at £200m, is available for use by all 10 of the Manchester Metropolitan Boroughs and TfGM.
The framework is divided into multiple Lots that will include general civil engineering works, including minor highway improvements, ducting works, drainage works; patching, re-surfacing and surface treatment works. There will also be highway new works, structural maintenance and associated works; bridges and highway structures improvement and maintenance works.
As established local employers with a proud history of working with Manchester, this appointment further cements our established presence and we will be investing in our local businesses as a result.
