This session explores how public–private partnerships, infrastructure led master planning and placemaking first design can turn housing led projects into thriving, enduring communities, not just large schemes that deliver numbers. The session will explore the evolution of housing delivery through the lens of  Then, Now and Next, asking how lessons from past developments can shape the communities we build today and, in the future.
