Quality Assurance/Quality Control

Since our founding, AECOM Hunt’s approach to Quality Control has been continuously strengthened and refined throughout our 80-year history. On each project, we incorporate the lessons learned from past projects to enhance our best practices for Quality Control so that we can apply these to future projects. It’s a key piece of our ever-evolving process for delivering large and complex projects.

Another key to achieving a high-quality project is collaboration between all members of the project team. AECOM Hunt’s QA/QC Department, which is led by Corey Zussman, will work closely with the project team, subcontractor representatives, manufacturers, the client and their representatives, as well as the entire design team. As a Registered Architect with more than three decades of experience developing and implementing quality programs, seminars, educational materials, and on-site constructability reviews for major construction projects, Corey is firm believer in the benefits of a collaborative approach on overall quality. He is a quarterly contributor to ABAA, a publication of the Air Barrier Association of America, and has been published in numerous industry publications, including Life Safety Digest, Construction Tech Review and Construction Business Review. He is on the Contractors Committee of the Air Barrier Association of America (ABAA), and a member of ICRI, NRCA, ALA, CAC-IIBEC, ASQ, CSI, Chicago-BEC, the AIA, NCARB, AWI and the Masonry Society.

This website contains a variety of construction and design bulletins and documents which are meant to support our Trade Contractors, Design Professionals, and Owners with updated constructability considerations and guidelines for better coordination and understanding of materials, systems, and processes.
