With experience across Asia’s built environment sector — including Mainland China, Thailand and Hong Kong — he brings a strong regional perspective to digital transformation in infrastructure and urban development. His expertise lies in smart cities and sustainable urban design, leveraging digital technologies to enhance project delivery across the entire lifecycle.

Steven is a Technical Director at AECOM, driving smart mobility and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) projects across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. He focuses on advancing groundbreaking initiatives that shape the future of Advanced Air Mobility. As the President of the Society for the Intelligent Transportation Systems Hong Kong (ITS-HK), Steven actively advises both government and industry on transport innovation and technology.

Michelle is an Associate Director at AECOM specializing in the delivery of complex above- and below-ground infrastructures. Her portfolio spans buildings, bridges, railway stations, tunnels and utilities, with deep involvement across the full project lifecycle — from preliminary design and statutory submissions through detailed design and construction support. She is actively exploring the application of AI and digital engineering tools to streamline infrastructure design, improve coordination efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making across civil, transportation and aviation projects.

Stanley has contributed to several mega-scale, multidisciplinary highway and infrastructure development projects, bringing expertise in project management, program and implementation control, design coordination and contract administration. His notable project experience includes the Lok Ma Chau Loop development and the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge.

Stanley currently serves as Deputy Project Manager for the Northern Metropolis San Tin Technopole Project. He coordinates multidisciplinary teams across engineering, landscape, environmental, and technology disciplines to deliver key innovative initiatives, including the implementation of digital twin technology and the development and application of the Hong Kong Nature-based Solutions Design Guidelines.

Arthur is an Associate at AECOM with over 12 years of civil engineering experience. He specializes in climate resilience and marine infrastructure. His work focuses on developing and strengthening coastal defenses and delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions, including eco-shorelines.

Arthur currently leads the design of new breakwaters for the expansion of the Aberdeen Typhoon Shelter, helping improve coastal protection, navigational safety, and operational capacity. He is currently exploring the application of AI and digital engineering tools to enhance 3D visualization, as well as to support large-scale data analysis and flood modeling throughout the project development process.
