We are constantly raising the standard for sustainability practices in both our internal operations and delivery of services in the environments in which we operate.

AECOM Construction Management is laser-focused on innovation, and we view sustainability as fertile ground for innovation and leadership. We’re currently one of the few large construction management companies in the US with net zero carbon emissions targets validated by the Science Based Targets Initiative, the leading global organization driving climate action in the private sector. To meet our ambitious climate goals, we have set out to measure and deliver low-carbon solutions for our projects ranging from low-carbon concrete to route optimization for delivery trucks. We also engage with our subcontractor supply chain to build the partnerships required to further reduce the carbon intensity of the construction materials they deliver.

We believe in the power of green building certifications such as LEED, WELL and others to move the market, demonstrate a public-facing commitment to sustainability and direct project teams toward delivering projects using the best practices in sustainability.
