AECOM Hunt, in a joint venture, is serving as construction manager for the renovation of the University of Arkansas Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium. The project includes construction of the new north end zone, featuring 1,400 square feet of new lockers room spaces, 1,600 square feet of new training rooms, 6,500 square feet of pre/post-game support rooms, suites and loge boxes, concessions, and a new video scoreboard structure.
The renovations also include remodeling the remainder of the existing facility with new finishes, as well as upgrading security and safety systems and new elevators throughout the entire stadium.
The renovation will increase the stadium’s seating capacity from 51,000-seats to 72,000-seats. One of the most exciting aspects of the renovation is the addition of the state-of-the-art premium seating and club spaces, including the Touchdown Club and 64 Club, 38 new suites, 20 field level loge boxes, 44 covered second level loge, as well as 5,220 premium club seats located in the newly remodeled Founders Club, and East and West Upper Club levels. These brand new seating opportunities will provide unique vantage points and an invigorating social setting—enhancing the fan experience.
