In addition, the complex includes a loading dock, 455-car parking garage with ground floor retail space, and 3,000 ton chill plant.

The new 43,700-square-foot performance hall features two venues, a 397-seat proscenium theater and a 312-seat music recital hall. The facility also features an 80’ high fly tower, and an operable orchestra pit.

New state-of-the-art lighting technology was used throughout the building including LED and automated fixtures, making the theatrical lighting capabilities of Texas State University competitive with many other nationally recognized preforming arts institutions.
