AECOM Hunt served as construction manager for the Twin Arrows Resort & Casino project, a new 270,000-square-foot casino resort hotel. The project was broken down into two phases and included over 100,000 square feet of gaming floor space with an underfloor air distribution system, more than 200 hotel rooms, a fitness center, heated indoor pool, gourmet and casual dining, back of house support facilities, retail venues and associated roadway.
Phase I included a 170,000-square-foot casino and resort hotel with 90 guest rooms, 8,500 square feet of commercial kitchen space and two-miles of associated roadway. The 16,000-square-foot ballroom space includes an 8,702-square-foot multi-function ballroom event space, 1,662 square feet of flexible meeting space, as well as pre-function and exhibit hall spaces, all with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment.
Phase II consisted of a 100,000-square-foot, five-story hotel addition adding another 110 guest rooms to the resort.
