The OU Cancer Institute (OUCI) and the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC) have committed to the construction of a new, freestanding outpatient cancer treatment facility to be constructed on the Health Sciences Center campus in Oklahoma City. The new 200,000-square-foot cancer institute facility will house clinical care, administrative and limited clinical research functions, and will become the primary venue for adult outpatient cancer treatment for the OUCI and the OUHSC. When complete, the center will include radiation therapy, proton therapy and diagnostic imaging capabilities.
