UK financial statements

The following sets of United Kingdom (U.K.) statutory financial statements have been uploaded here due to the mandatory requirement detailed within The Companies (Miscellaneous Reporting) Regulations 2008 to publish these financial statements on the AECOM U.K. website, as a result of these entities now having to disclose either a Corporate Governance statement or a Companies Act 2006 section 172(1) statement within their financial statements. The Companies (Miscellaneous Reporting) Regulations 2008 apply for accounting periods commencing on or after 1 January 2019.
