About the course
To provide service leavers with the enhanced capability to secure professional employment within the consultancy sector, AECOM has designed a ‘Lean Consultancy’ training course. The course focuses on deploying Lean Six Sigma improvement strategies to both industrial and commercial clients. These skills are highly sought after within the consultancy sector..
Allied to our training programme, we can prepare and position service leavers to access the industrial consultancy market. We will continue to provide on-going support through our alumni programme. Once a service leaver has qualified through our course, they will be invited to join our alumni community. Upon joining, they’ll be able to access our closed LinkedIn group. Through the group, the service leavers will be informed of career opportunities within AECOM that will benefit from their unique skills.
