John Deere, a leading producer of agricultural machinery, wanted to build a new regional headquarters, showroom and training facility in support of its growth plans for Central and Eastern Europe. It chose Poland due to strong projections for sales and the country’s farming heritage.
The training centre will cater to John Deere dealers in Poland, as well as importers and staff from the Baltic states, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Slovakia and the eastern part of Germany. It will also be used to organise classes for students and professors of Polish agricultural universities and John Deere customers alike.
The project comprised construction of a building that was of the quality consistent with a Class B of European Standards for such facilities. Our services included architectural design, structural engineering, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) services and project and cost management, including value engineering.
